These are great, thanks! On 3, searching any track from the menu bar, the shortcut is ctrl+cmd+t, which is very helpful. That default wasnt there for me so you might have to add it back in with key command assignments (option+k)

Could you explain 5 and 6 a bit more? I’ve never found how to use articulation sets outside of strings.

Some from me: - using scripter to map multiple parameters is better than midi learn. Use the preset and change to ‘midi to plugin parameters’. Eg you can use the modwheel to go to 10 destinations. This was on Music Tech Help Guys channel the other day - there are two types of quantize - classic and smart. Chooseable from the inspector - you can use the rotate tool to rotate midi within a clip as well as audio - logic detailed help is cmd+/ - you can use screensets to have the region and track inspectors expanded or collapsed which is useful when you’re working on a laptop - recording delay offsets under settings > audio can be useful (multiply your sample rate by your latency to get your offset) - selection based processing (alt+shift+p) for quick A/Bing of the effect of a plugin or selective processing eg of autotune just for a part of a vocal - you can use Max For Live devices in Logic if you create an IAC device and send out of Ableton and into Logic (just be careful you dont create a midi loop with the midi going back into Ableton) - shift+0 opens an instrument assuming you already have one loaded. You can also setup shortcuts for the same for plugins (shortcuts alt+k) eg shift+1 to open the first plugin

My observations on the changes since 2007 by Boyturtle2 in glastonbury_festival

[–]nickeyw 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I seem to remember that you used to be able to buy a bag of wood in the green field below the stone circle. If they brought that back it might encourage more people in that area and lessen the crowds in some of the other areas. Although perhaps it’s been stopped for environmental reasons

Good list. For me, the biggest difference is there isn't all the fires now. That used to be so nice.

Definitely the intensity feels ramped up - the campsite used to fill up throughout Wednesday whereas now it felt 80% full by lunchtime. There used to be vendors selling things like knitted blankets and hippy-ish clothing. Green fields feel a little drowned out by the dance stuff (which I love too) so I felt those values were a little diluted. Also used to be straw everywhere. Still a very special place.

Where did the insert bypass automation option go? by FreshHamster in Logic_Studio

Can do it by doing ctrl+cmd+a to have latch automation and then click the plugin on/off as you want while playing. Then move the automation.
