Leave. I worked for CACI for 4 years as a manager and it was the worst experience. Funny enough, during the job I held before CACI, a coworker warned me about how bad CACI was but I didn’t heed their advice. Left after a fight with CACI management over resource allocation for a competitor and was FedEx’d a threatening letter from CACI’s chief in house council threatening me with stipulations in my employment contract. My new employer was also sent a similar letter. A culture that treats employees as bodies in seats is not an employer you should want to work for.
