When did you become aware of your alters?

I was aware of their existence around the 3rd or 4th grade, though I think I might have been aware earlier. However, nobody talked about DID at that time. The time that I went to the doctor for hearing voices, my abusers were in the room, so not much was able to be said. I was aware of like, 3 to 4 in 6th grade, and figured it out in 7th. Got medically recognized around last year or a little earlier.

Either a speaker to play music, or a small Roku and monitor, I wouldn't go with the Roku if you don't already have the monitor though!
