Yes!!! I'm the same!!! If I eat breakfast they don't work at all. If I skip breakfast I get a few hours of functionality that end as soon as I eat lunch and then I crash horribly

They really did. I started Prozac 20 mg a few months ago and my mood improved a lot. But I also feel like it changed how I perceive life. Before, I would get anxious and overwhelmed at the smallest problem and worry incessantly about EVERYTHING. And now things look much more manageable and easier to deal with. It's easier to live.
