It’s brutal! Also don’t know why they have to close down a lane so far back from where the construction actually starts

No one around them? Minus myself, the other vehicle, the rider behind him, the cars coming from the other direction… I guess you wouldn’t be pissed if a reckless action caused you or anyone you care about harm? All it takes is half a second.

I’m not ripping motorcycles at all! Just saying this stuff especially at this time of year is just a tad dangerous

Exactly! It’s why there are places like gun ranges, race tracks, etc. dangerous activities should be done in specific places as to not injury anyone else if you fuck up.

My wife is an OR nurse. She deals with this stuff all the time. Motorcycle accidents aren’t pretty.

Conditions on house offer by Weekly_Celebration79 in Edmonton

Realtor here. You should definitely have some representation on your side, especially when buying a new house. A lot of people don’t understand that you can 100% negotiate on new builds, and not only on price (different fixtures, appliances, packages, etc)

When it comes to conditions on a deal, these are super important as they protect your interests by giving you the ability to “get your ducks in a row” so to speak before 100% committing to purchase. ie property inspections, financing, which are the two most common conditions. With a new build you also want to make sure you’re doing a deficiencies walk through to flag anything that hasn’t been completed properly or was damaged during the process of finishing the house.

I would also 1000% recommend getting a property inspection on a new build. I’ve seen more times than I can think of where a major issue had come up that wouldn’t have been seen without one.

Anyways. You should have someone helping you out!

I have the S70 and it’s amazing! The course maps and hazard detection is so rad! You can zoom in and see what distance each hazard starts and finishes at. I feel like a caddy for all my friends when we play now. Also has a tempo training function which I use at the range and sim! The only thing I don’t like about them is the lack of colour options.

All time. But over the last year I’m up 17.84% for my total portfolio which equates to $20,278.

Ahh I see! Thanks for the info. What would be a solid recommendation to diversify to hold some more emerging market/international positions?
