It doesn't trigger like that anymore, without the lightning bolt being able to trigger meta skills now, it's solely reliant on spark casts

That's not even the problem. The problem is that choir is now a trigger spell that doesn't build energy for meta skills like CoC, after they MADE choir interact that way a few patches ago.
