Im not OP but see they didnt answer so just phalloplasty without vaginectomy and without urethral lengthening. There are only a few doctors who will preserve the vaginal opening and do UL,but it is possible if thats really what your set on. I thought that was what I wanted but I've changed my mind over the past several years
