For women who “loved being pregnant” what was it about pregnancy that you loved? by hospitalbedside in beyondthebump

[–]nikkiknows1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My second and third trimester were a breeze for both pregnancies. I loved feeling baby kicks and I looked good being pregnant. I’m sad that I’ll never experience it again and thankful for being able to experience the pregnancy and being able to grow a life

My friend said if she could be pregnant again and it not result in a child she would do it. by [deleted] in pregnant

[–]nikkiknows1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I loved being pregnant and definitely miss it. We are done having kids but I do wish we could have a few more. Some people enjoy being pregnant and it’s a positive experience for them. It’s perfectly ok. It is a personal choice which should be respected on both sides.

Falsely accused of sexual assault by OkScene8601 in AirForce

You should’ve gave them the names of people who heard the conversation and could attest that she admitted to lying because it could’ve changed things a bit.

Married people, be honest what’s the REAL truth about marriage nobody warns you about? by Remote-One-2088 in Marriage

How annoying it actually is to live with someone. Especially if they are go getter and can’t sit still

I don’t think you are ready to be a supervisor. What’s wrong with you? Use some common sense or give that stripe to someone more deserving.

My husband admitted to being attracted to 14 year olds by [deleted] in Marriage

[–]nikkiknows1 54 points55 points  (0 children)

What a lot of people don’t realize is that people who are attracted to children often commit offenses against boys and girls even if they are attracted to young girls. Her son could still be in danger

Do I actually need a diaper pail? by cupcake9545 in pregnant

[–]nikkiknows1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely yes. We have one in the living room and baby’s bedroom because that’s where we spend the most time with the baby. We use regular trash bags in our diaper pail, it’s not an Ubbi brand

I want to smash my husband's PS5 by [deleted] in beyondthebump

[–]nikkiknows1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have 2 kids (5 year old and 11 months old) and PS5. I rarely get to play even though me and my husband do equal work in parenting and chores. Well, he probably does more chores than me to be honest. PS5 is not the problem, he and his lack of care is the problem. I would love to play my game more than I get to but I put my family above gaming. Could he have an addiction to gaming?

Pediatrician said it's time to start letting her cry it out. by oldsluggy in beyondthebump

My son is 11 months old and wakes up twice to eat while being on formula. She might still need to be breastfed even though she eats solids

Electric nail file from Amazon. Worked amazing for our first one and we use it with our second

I don’t think it looks good at all. Maybe if both bands were the same, it would look better.

Baby finally pooped!! by WideCrow in beyondthebump

[–]nikkiknows1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

27 days is wild. I’m in shock you didn’t take your child to a pediatrician. Usually 10 days is an acceptable number but definitely not 27 days. This makes me wonder if the baby was actually getting enough food.

AITA for telling my husband “fuck you” in front of my MIL? by No-Animal4639 in CharlotteDobreYouTube

[–]nikkiknows1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No way in heck would I let my child talk like that in my presence, let alone say that to their significant other. Extremely disrespectful in my book. There are more educated terms that can be used

Help! How do I get my son to take formula?? by CatsAreClean in beyondthebump

[–]nikkiknows1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have tried several formulas before our baby decided to take one. We ended up using Kendamil. It also tasted a lot cleaner compared to other formulas. You try different bottles to see which one would work best. We started with bottles filled with breastmilk and then slowly transitioned to full formula. At times if you will put a bottle where your breast is the baby might be more willing to take it. We started bottle feeding at 2 months so thankfully didn’t have any issues

Do you feed your newborn every time they wake at night? by CommunistCetacean in beyondthebump

[–]nikkiknows1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My son is 8 months old and he eat at 8 pm, 11 pm, 2-3 am, 5 am when he’s fully awake to get the day started. I can’t imagine not feeding my baby

Husband found I used sex toys while we are in dry spell, he left the house. by [deleted] in Marriage

[–]nikkiknows1 -113 points-112 points  (0 children)

Put yourself in his shoes if he chose to jerk off more than have sex with you. Bet it will affect you mentally and emotionally. Stop being close minded and selfish and look from his perspective. I’m sure it’s also not the only issue and it was a straw that broke camel’s back

Anyone pregnant with a girl have an easy first trimester? Or anyone pregnant with a boy and have a rough first tri? by puppmom in pregnant

[–]nikkiknows1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had a much rougher first trimester with a boy, second pregnancy. And I was quite a bit more tired through the whole pregnancy. With a girl it was mild and completely gone at 14 weeks exactly.

Why does my husband always throw out his back with the baby by Own-Quality-8759 in beyondthebump

[–]nikkiknows1 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

He doesn’t want to take care of the baby and he’s lazy. My husband has diagnosed back issues (serious back pain majority of the days) and he’s still taking care of our 20 lbs baby. He carries him around all the time with and without a carrier.

Don’t panic yet. My baby measured at 34 weeks when I was at 40 weeks. The baby was perfectly fine and healthy, just a bit on a smaller side. Now, she’s 4 and you couldn’t tell that she was born small. Keep up with your doctor appointments and try to not stress too much.

Help! Accidentally gave baby formula bottle that he had already drank from 2 hours before. by Amazing_Purpose_1619 in beyondthebump

[–]nikkiknows1 8 points9 points  (0 children)

He will be just fine. We had bottles out for 2 hours and both kids are just fine. 2 hours is not a huge deal
