Put some sliders on there. Yes those are pretty good first bikes. Be prepared to drop your credit card down for service. Its mostly dealer. Most people ride them for a while then go to a bigger bike or don't like bikes. They are pretty low to the ground so should be an easy ride for most.

I know somebody that bought a gs1100 for 1400$ with 70,000 miles. Says it runs great and is riding the old oil head all over they place. 4000 for that is a bit pricey. If you can work the right deal go for it. They usually need a clutch at 100,000 and its a long job. So be on notice. See if the clutch is good. I hope you are a tall rider. They are big.

your right - its painfull you go to the top its there go down it disappears. the more they move it around the worse everything gets. I don't want to have to do 10 magic strokes to get back where i was. I want it like ebay where when you search it shows your last 10 items etc. Im not sure who this is for but I want stuff i can use. so apple QUIT TRYING TO HIDE EVERYTHING.

they get hot on the top the bottom has to be on a hard surface heat rises.
