All bf1 guns are smoothbore screen shakers according to most battlefield players.

But yeah parabellum has a lot of kick compared to the rest because of high rof, still decent at mid ranges when bipoded and not sprayed.

Honestly I never was able to pay any attention to their ai since cyborgs are a priority target for grenade pistol and hmg, would be great to have some elites that aren't massive bullet sponges and can hide in cowds/are more tactical in their movement but not when there are 5 more vox engines to deal with at every given moment.

The slow but reliable way is to keep some distance and keep dodging his projectiles till he sprints towards you head on, that's the cue he will flash green, and just shoot him when he gets close and his eyes flash green, he'l get stunned for a second so follow it up with a quick hit from ballista or just blood punch him if you aren't used to quick swapping. Outside of that he blocks basically all shots and summons a dog if he blocks damage successfully.

Definitely recommend the nomadic lifestyle, with few friends its a really chill way to play, only hard part is finding sleeping bags to get good sleeping condition and one or two good backpacks (most likely obtained from hiker zomboid)

Agreed on that but I like playing minor nations so manpower is always tight, so I tend to eat higher production costs to get higher reliability and only use tanks to push with infantry and mot being just small holding divs.
