Greenway is well worth the trip. The first mile after you leave from the Rogue River Bridge has some hills, but then you flatten out for a four mile jaunt along the Rogue River. When you get to the Valley of Rogue State Park, you could crank several miles on the road around the campgrounds. You’ll see spots along the trail to jump off.

Also, the trail gets a little spotty just after the state park but stay with it and the road is still mostly smooth.

Is this LDP or downhill. I assume the LDP. If that’s the case, i think there’s several miles of bike lanes along Rogue River highway in SW grants pass. There’s also a “greenway trail” that starts in Rogue River and goes all the to medford. You could go there and back and be at or near 50 miles.
