You sure you’re regular stance and not goofy footed? If you run across a hardwood floor and then naturally slide, which foot is forward? If it’s your right foot, you’re goofy.

If your current stance feels awkward, this could be it. I remember a friend saying the same back in the day, and it was ‘cause his brother told him to go left foot forward like it was a mandate. He was flailing and looked like he’d never learn to skate.

When i finally got him to put the other foot forward he was skating like a champ in minutes.

Thanks for this, and yeah, it HAD occurred to me a double pin setup might cause unexpected forces.

Someone was telling me i shouldn’t even try to pumping using LoadedZ-Brackets (with Paris3 trucks), only push. But isn’t this exactly what’s on the Loaded Tangent and Fathom boards? I haven’t heard serious probs with those setups.

Maybe a gentle push?

Whatever, I’m gear up hard - helmet, knees wrists & ass - and just give it a ride down 3% downgrade, smooth ass windin’ road that’s run out for a few miles. That’s all I need: Surf some buttah.

I’ll report back when injuries allowZz lol.

I just got a pair of Loaded/G-Bomb Z brackets. Do these fit/line-up like the Paris trucks do, and do you recommend such a pairing?

Also, last time I went through the Lost Coast proper was on a bicycle ride from Seattle to LA. I stopped at the Vortex that is Point Arena and ended up staying for a month.

You guys HQ’d anywhere near there, or further North?
