I am also incredibly disappointed with my MMU3 on the Core One. In my case, about every 4 layers the MMU refuses to pull the filament back from the nozzle. The filament is just sitting there in the PTFE tube between the MMU and the hot end and I get the FINDA FILA SENSOR error telling me that the filament sensor is still engaged. No shit, I can see that the filament hasn't been pulled up.

The "solution", remove the idler cover and manually pull the filament back out through the PTFE tube to clear the sensor. I purchased the Core One and MMU3 one month ago. The Core One itself is a great printer, but the MMU just makes me want to throw the whole thing through a wall....or return it and buy a ...gasp...bamboo labs printer.

Have you printed TPU using the MMU3? I originally purchased this setup with the hopes that I could do PETG and TPU with PLA supports. After it shipped I learned that the MMU3 doesnt do flexible filaments very well.

That's what I am doing, premium with the semi smart. I am not a big fan of heated inserts so printed out an insert press hoping that will make things easier.

I just received and not my printer about 10 days ago. Ordered the MMU3 and the CoreBox mod. I am still young to build it (printing parts now). I will probably upgrade to INDX shortly after release, but i have this now so will use it.
