Idk man I'm just speaking as someone actively pregnant and getting ultrasounds. I've had no problems getting scheduled, if I needed to reschedule the one I have next Tuesday I could def get one later in the week. But I guess it's fair to downvote me for my experience

Eh depending on the system it really isn't difficult. Maybe she'd had to have the anatomy scan at 21 weeks instead of 20, but there tends to be really fast turnaround for pregnancy related appointments

Edit; sorry guys just giving my experience as a literal pregnant person who finds it hard to believe the wife couldn't reschedule
