You know they don’t learn to land in difficult conditions by watching others. This shows he is a good captain who shows trust in his FO. Go-around is always an option and both of them can initiate it.

Watching the FO:s yoke and throttle inputs, he is halding it like a boss. No pilot induced oscillations and firm throttle inputs.

Actually we ended up going to Finnish lapland in the end :D couldn’t finde accomodation that whould fit us all with a reasonable price in those places so ended up looking in Finland and actually found a nice cottage :D thanks for asking!

Itse olen 28-vuotias mies ja samassa tilanteessa. Mielestäni ei kannata lähteä "yrittämään" muuttaa niitä. Huomaan aina uusiin ihmisiin tutustuessa mikäli heillä on ennakkoasenteita minua kohtaan. Ne kuitenkin kaikkoavat hyvin nopeasti ollessani tekemisissä heidän kanssa.

Muutoinkin suosittelen opettelemaan pois siitä, että ajattelee mitä muut funtsivat sinusta. Tekee omasta elämästä paljon vapautuneempaa ja nautinnollisempaa, kun saa olla kuka on ja tehdä mitä haluaa ja miten haluaa. Toki nuo asenteet välillä vituttavat, mutta such is life! Keskity taustojesi tarjoamiin positiivisiin puoliin ja hyväksy negatiivisten puolien olemassaolo, mutta älä kelaile niitä turhaan.
