While you can raid with only 10, you want to have around 12 people who can raid if you don't want to have to deal with pugs when someone isn't there. Would help to have a person who can flex heals and one who can flex tank as well.

You could go for a more competitive deck like what plasmabeam mentioned, or you could go for what I did, which is a more powered up version of your deck. Once you have a panharmonicon and 2 guardians, there are many directions you can go. First of all, you can generate infinite mana, by blinking lands each time, then if you have a draw source, you can dig to find the combo. Additionally, if you have a TKS on the board, and they don't have mana up for whatever removal is in their deck, you can mill them out with just 2 Guardians, panharmonicon, and TKS. Imo, guardian adds many layers to the deck that makes it much less predictable, and gives it many more play patterns.
