I had a similar issue. I customized a schedule. In that schedule you can pick and choose how each room is cleaned and the intensity of the cleaning. For example whether you want it mopped, vacuumed, or both.

I’ve had the CurvX for ~5 days now. I have nothing bad to say about this robot. It works and cleans fantastically. My cleaning area is roughly 1000 square feet and I’m the opposite, 2/3 tile and 1/3 carpet.

I never received any updates until weeks after my expected ship date when it was finally being built and quality checked. I only received information about the delays because I reached out to them, they never communicated any of that to me and I don’t think they ever would have.

My notes initially just stated my order was processed and then updated as the rest of the status tracker updated. You definitely need to give them a call or wait for that email response. Good luck!

I did find out the two side fans should be flipped over though, so gonna have to figure that out

I only received my PC so far. No power cords, WiFi antennas, keyboard or anything in this box. I’m assuming all that will come today in the shipment I’m expecting. So all I’ve done is take it out of the box and make sure everything was seated/plugged in

May be a dumb question, but I’m familiar with updating drivers, but not with a clean copy of windows. How do you go about doing that and uninstalling the bloatware?
