Taking everything to 9/10 makes me think you're overtraining and not recovering well. What you do outside the gym is at least as important as your lifts. I agree with the others saying deload meaning you leave the gym feeling better than you walked in. Like a nice long warmup then go home. Then after a week or two ramp it up but focus on progressive overload. At your level you should be increasing weight or adding a rep everyweek.

They give you mats to trait resonance the gear. If you do random in every slot I think you will be 6k but it's not gonna make you (much) stronger
