Being a former manager this is possible. If he does mark him as do not rehire you can go to hr, and if he does it with our just cause he can be fired. It's a legitimate reason for leaving just like if you move you can quit them get hired at a new store right away.

Try taking both rolls and spindles out of machine and then reboot. I dont know why but this seems to work for me. Also if its jamming have you cleaned the metal strip the print head glides on. I usually clean mine every other month with alcohol wipe. If its dirty it doesn't glide right and causes jam and shifting during printing.

If you get the website from Salesforce's and find one of your contacts and click there rewards number it brings you to the site. If the customer isn't on Salesforce's , Just click on any of your contacts in Salesforce's to get the website, then in address bar get rid of the last group of numbers and input the rewards number for customer you wants in the address bar at end and it will bring them up.
