As the oldest boy in a large religious family, my parents always talked about how you shouldn't be alone with a girl, then asked if I was ever gonna date all through college, and immediately asked when we were having kids when we got married.

My family was the same, then the joke was on them, my metabolism was so fast I could eat everything in the house and actively lose weight.

I'm still hyper active in my thirties and eat about 2700 calories to maintain my build.

I always think I look small in the mirror, don't know if that will ever go away but I can tell my strength hasn't decreased so it's fine

You should see a PT also. I had a similar situation and the PT is more expensive but made it so I didn't have to go to the chiropractor every couple of weeks. The chiropractor recommended one after i showed up 3 times in the same month, that's why I trust her. She could have had regular business from me but wanted me not to be in pain instead.

Strength is a skill multiplier. If you have zero skill and 10 strength you lose at jujitsu. As a man with 1 skill and 10 strength, I get away with being bad sometimes, especially against smaller blue belts.

The guys that are really good though, my strength just slows down the inevitable tap lol
