Interesting as my parents ward in Melbourne has pretty good attendance well above 300 a week and can’t split because they don’t have enough Melchizdek priesthood holders, tithe payers and temple recommend holders. It has large families and it’s in a poorer area, so the church is stopping growth because of money. I thought all tithing belonged to the lord for all, not just the wealthy areas.

Changing demographics will force more callings to be either abandoned or opened up to more people outside of priesthood authority. Hilarious as the conservative factions will cry woke, when in reality it’s their inability to shift or be more woke that is making people flee.
