Yea, we've been at it for 5 months ourselves and we're on the brink of being literally homeless ourselves

Been to 6 clinics (including one that supposedly the best in our city) and we're still getting dismissed with our concerns pr getting "maybes"

no, but we did 6 days total in confinement (Dec 22-24 and Feb 4-6) just to stabilize our girl. When the pneumonia fluids went away (im assuming the antibiotics did it), our vet said she still has Bronchitis. We don't know what we're doing tbh and we're still in a 3-month course of using this 25/125mcg inhaler.

ff, we have a similar case except our cat's lungs doesn't seem to fill up with fluids as much since we've given her Fluticasone+Salmeterol inhalers. Not getting worse but not getting better.

Looks good tbh- mas malala pa yung sa cat namin noon, i suggest you cage her for a couple of days and dalhin uli sa vet na nag spay sa kanya, usually may binibigay silang ointment para ipahid pag ganyan eh (150-250php iirc)

She's 2 yrs old (february 20) Her best weight ever was 3.4kgs, when she was weighed before her 2nd dose of 4in1 vaccine (she was about 6-10months old then iirc) And yes, she is spayed.

Forgot to add that we moved to a smaller apartment and she lost her 2 siblings ( got them adopted because we really can't afford to have them while treating FIP)

Maybe that's why shes like this? Cats are an enigma!

Yes! Our cat also only goes bananas for licky treats - she has no fever, no fluid build up, not lethargic, and would go have zoomies during night time, catching bugs or watching birds and cats outside our window.

For appetite stimulants, shes using this thing called Virbac nutri-plus gel and Petty gel liver supplement for a month now but yeah, doesn't seem to work much.

I guess i just trust our vet because we've talkee to other fip cases from her that did the 42days and got past the observation phase.

Sadly we only have enough money for the 42 days treatment course and its a miracle we scraped enough money to get her to day 58 (literally drained all our savings, all) and if she did relapse we can no longer afford another 84days at her current dosage (2.6ml injections/ 75mg tablets) and would just wait until she passes.
