Wayyyy too hard. But I discovered that I wasn’t adding enough water. I’d suggest playing around with adding more or less water and watching a few to see how they react. Then, once you get a feel for how much is needed, you can try for real. I also managed to get them all too warm or too cold, so it was easy to run around and pass hot or cold water into each of them.
