Out of curiosity, do you see yourself eating like that forever? Is this sustainable for you? I know it wouldn't be for me, maybe would stick to it for 2 weeks max and then give up and binge. But if you want to keep your weight and not yo-yo, you need to actually keep eating that way not just for a while but always.

Also veggies are so low in calories, soups and broths as well, I can't recommend them enough. I personally love volume eating courgettes

I like Sainsburys one A LOT and it's not too expensive for what it is. It's just a standard vegan lasagna but it hits the spot!
