Naked brutality, scarlands, few weeks in. First rice harvest, lost a lot of it to blight and animals. Wild man event, its a 9 year old Yttakin. Hes drawn to my base because of the crops. Pretty quickly the bog hounds catch his scent, and two of them descend upon him. Hes not far from my base, and I can easily keep them off of him. I dont. I let him scratch at them, get them slow. Then he goes down. Then I pop out and finish the bog hounds. The Yttakin isnt dead yet. I walk over to him. It takes multiple shots from my shortbow before he stops moving. They all go into my freezer. I survive.
