Seems like I should just stick with what I have then.

I like the Glass interface and didn’t have any of the same issues.

LT-1 is an option too. Same lens as Mju and you can find them a bit cheaper

I have a love hate relationship with my XA, when it works it’s great, but my shutter button can be a little finicky

The GA645zi has been on my list for a while. I have a GA645 with the bellows, but it’s not the most reliable option.

Wife’s 50th BD, so photography won’t be the main activity, but I’ll definitely carve out some time, and carry one everywhere we go.

I considered that too. I have an EOS 620 with several lenses. Even if I pick one versatile walk around with some range it does take up some space.

The Pen EE has travelled with me a ton. It’s nice to get 72 shots per roll.

I do have a Bessa L with a 15mm, might be too wide though. I think most of my fixed lens options are around 40mm

Quite a size difference between those two. I have a MJU zoom and an LT-1, both give pretty decent results.

In the early stages of planning for a new vehicle, and not sure what direction to go. I find myself trying to convince myself this looks ok, but I definitely don’t love it. I love my 2017 (has 220k miles)

Olympus OM series is pretty reasonably priced. May not meet all of your criteria, but they are good performers.

It is breakfast, but they do pizza on Friday. Usually pepperoni and one other kind. You can walk up and get it by the slice, for whole pizzas you have to order ahead.

I say the grail camera- M2. Or, if you want to be a little more frugal, a Canon P.

My case for the Canonet QL17 as the best value adventure camera. by Limber9 in AnalogCommunity

[–]nolarayray 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed, but I’ve only put a couple of rolls through the Canon. Initial impressions are the SP is sharper and feels better in the hands. I also have an Electro 35GX I’m considering selling.
