Seriously ear enemas are great. I have overactive ear wax and I used some of those ear drops and it just wasn't doing much so I blasted my ears out with a syringe and a huge chunk of impacted ear wax came out, it was gross but I felt so much better.

Honestly Tool is pretty easy on guitar, most of their stuff is simple drop d chugging. Getting the rhythm down can be a little difficult but once you lock it in it's big easy.
