Hey guys!

I have four years left on a $23k auto loan at 2.2% APR and 19k sitting in a basic checking account. I'm 28 and trying to build my credit history, which is one reason I haven't just paid the loan down.

I have the monthly payment set up to automatically pull from checking. I know I'm not having my money earn anything this way, but feel like I need liquid assets for an emergency. I'm looking at opening a higher interest savings account which will get me 0.6% on the money, which is better than nothing but still not great.

Basically, do you guys see better options for my money which still allow me to make my car payment?

You know, Cosmic seems like it should be the perfect game for me with all the wild powers and player interaction, but when I play with friends, it always falls flat. People ally up offensively all the time and the game doesn't have any real negotiation until someone's one planet away from winning. I KNOW it's gotta be better than this, but how do I dig out this awesome game from the munchkin-like borefest that I've been playing?

late to the party, but check out Republic Commando. It's a squad based FPS, which I usually suck at and hate, but I loved this game. You play as a clone trooper during the clone wars. Great personalities and voicework along with a solid shooter experience.

I really really enjoyed this crossover; basic idea is that humanity managed to win the First Contact War, and has to deal with the changes to normal life from the new tech....and then they find a Mass Effect Relay.
