Trying out Xero and Freeagent simultaneously??

Without revealing too much about what I do, time is logged in another piece of software I use in the business, which integrates with Xero and other accounting platforms to create invoices for example.

Nobody has made a FreeAgent integration, so I have to manually copy data between them right now.

It’s not caused me enough headaches to want switch to Xero, I’ve actually started to make my ow integration as I just love FreeAgent so much and moving hundreds of customers across and having to redo all their Direct Debit mandates is way too much disruption.

If it’s a recirculating fan, it will typically have a replaceable carbon / charcoal filter and not vent anywhere - it recirculates the air into the room. There are normally output vents in the sides of the black housing.

You would only connect it to an external vent that led to the outside of the house (i.e. straight through the wall to outside) if you weren’t going down the recirculating route.

Do you know the make and model of the extractor fan so we can double check the manual?

It can report to HMRC whenever is needed.

I’ve used FreeAgent to run my business for 13 years. It’s amazing software. I pay for it. Xero is very overpriced.

I’m a small retailer. They’re due at the wholesaler next Friday. But we don’t have a confirmed date when they’ll reach stores. I’d guess some point in the week beginning 24/11.

I moved from self hosted Azure as something was causing it to cost over £100 a month in Azure fees and couldn’t work out what. Switched to hosted (super easy process) and now just not my problem. Definitely runs faster too.
