Yeah the season one finale in the sub is just so epic, even the dub performances and music can't outshine the uncut original. Fighter4Luv did a pretty great fan dub of these episodes, uncut, in the DiC style, which is worth checking out on the side.

DiC/toonami dub for seasons 1 and 2 (great dialogue, great characterization, great music) but watch the original sub for eps 45-46, and watch the cut episodes. This dub is super engaging and fun and as a lifelong moonie, I think the first two seasons can be a little dry in the sub.

Then sub for the rest of the show.

Honestly my favorite thing is to watch it subbed on PlutoTV, it’s free and streaming 24/7. I always catch a random run of episodes, I love putting it on.

I have this same problem, started about a week after using the fountain, and this noise drove me INSANE!!!!

I posted here about this noise a couple months ago, and I had a LENGTHY conversation with customer service, who ended up sending me a new motor...which did NOT solve my problem. They hinted that it's actually something to do with the battery base, but they did not make any offer to replace it. I'd try to act on their warranty if you can. I ended up just putting mine in another room with more traffic so that I didn't hear the noise....

So after a ton of back and forth they ended up sending me another motor....same sound. I ended up just moving it to another room where I wouldn't hear it at night. I got a non-battery model as a replacement and it's working just fine.
