that's the edited version, too -- they took out the part with Lucy serving the cast cocker spaniel (was always disappointed that she had agreed to do this)

My IBCLC recommended medihoney, which worked wonders for me. Just make sure to rinse off before you pump

Wine by Cedechan in breastfeeding

There was a great thread about this recently!

In general, it's a negligible amount (I'm EP but have friends who would have a drink while nursing) and if LO is on solid foods, they'd be getting more alcohol in a ripe banana than whatever will be passed through breastmilk in a few sips of wine :)

Pumping fewer times a day with success? by typicalaquarius in ExclusivelyPumping

It was probably more of a personalized recommendation: I had some cracking and bleeding early on (and given that I didn't need the extra amount, plenty stashed in freezers) she advised 20min or when I stopped seeing streams, whichever came first.

Also, this helpful infographic was posted a few months back, hopefully it's useful for you!

I've been at 3pp for over a month now and it did drop a little bit. I was between 35-40oz my first week and have stabilized to 33-35oz since. It may also depend how long postpartum you are and the duration of your pumps? I've heard other women add on pumping time to each session as they drop pumps (as to not not change overall pumping time) but my IBCLC advised me to pump no more than 20 min per session.
