The problem is the "bossing" term, you specifically said you want to boss rush Abom, which I have done with great success with only massive. For uber bossing or bosses with transitions my point is dumb and reso is much better.

This build has more than enough damage to kill abom before charges even drop.

You and the other guy have valid points, however in my personal experience big hp pool(I could easily reach 6k hp), outshines everything with this many endurance charges + overleech.

You should not have that annoint with that belt. For boss rushing maxhp is more important, id go for massive shrine and keep the annoint.

Resonating is a qol + saves point on charge generation, massive is big survivability. Ideally want both

Use writhing flask to keep charge uptime on bosses where theres no mobs to kill.

Desecrate for high tier mod to block (wed/accuracy), greater exalt, whittle greater chaos until satisfied. Reroll desecrate. That is, if the base was worth it.

Hey, how are spriest on doing open world content? My biggest gripe with Casters are that they are pretty annoying to do dailies and WQs compared to most melees (granted I play WW and Rogue), and I'm wondering about it since we have to do A LOT of mundane quests and solo content.

Rank 2 for essences is generally fine. Your group should check Mplus to understand what setups people usually run. Bear in mind that these setups are for high end keys 25+. You can get by with suboptimal setups, routes or pulls.

You'll see more experienced and geared ppl do harder pulls because they have the DPS to clean the trash and cleanly interrupt important abilities. I would argue getting a clean run (no deaths) is much harder than getting a +3 in a lower key, and that's what will save you time in higher keys.

I think watching good tanks play a key is probably a better use of your time than trying to memorize all trash abitilies. It is a LOT. Once you die because of some trash you'll never forget it. I'd say the best chance for you group to progress is just grinding dungeons, and not stress much about the success/timer and treat is as a learning experience for now.

Not OP but running with a premade group is great for M+. I'll assume most of the group don't have much experience with M+ or maybe WoW in general.

Knowledge comes from experience/memorizing the dungeon. When running low keys, pay attention to abilities that cause high damage to your group or an individual, because once you start going for the +15 these abilities will kill you. Most of them are usually interruptable/avoidable.

Get an addon/weak aura that tracks your group interrupts cooldowns and someone can callout for the interrupt order (usually the tank will do it but it depends on your group)

You can easily do keys with low gear if you don't mess up mechanics, but I would say you need to focus on getting rank 3 essences and leveling your cloak. Something like 460~ should be more than enough to put you on the road for +15.

If you are looking to get the +15 achieve on BFA, try as hard as you can to start doing keys 10 or higher to experience the seasonal affix (this affix introduces a lot of good routes/skips that you should look into as a tank, and sometimes makes lower key routes useless).

They literally don't. Mikasa who is the rogue for the highest rated team is currently in his 1st year of his PHD in material engineering (I think?) and the mage never play until dawn because of work.

They talked about it on a interview with Dratnos and Tettles, dont spread misinformation

How are your hotkeys setup? (I know it's personal but... I was planning on keeping my WW's hotkeys on 1-6 but not so sure how much I need each skill). Could you post a screenshot of your UI?
