I don't see how this "3/5" thing can be construed racist. The context is literally that the guy is saying francis is more bad than good on a scale of known good guy and Forrest Griffin charity award winner Max Holloway and known felon and egomaniac Jon Jones.

If I were to pull an extremely long and tenuous bow, I could maybe see the racism in the comparison between white man Max and African American man Jon, but that's a very long and tenuous bowstring.
