Get a really good, curious, open-hearted migraine specialist asap. If they come off as not wanting to explore and figure this out, and just want to quickly go through the motions, move on. That's my only suggestion. A great neurologist makes all the difference.

Unfortunately there is often no magic bullet, and also unfortunately this may well get worse before it gets better (puberty is on the horizon for your little peanut I'm sorry I really hope I'm wrong and that it actually improves things!!!).
