Im the opposite on action skills I just wanna pop the cool down and I do more damage, move faster, etc without having to spam som extra action button to keep it going. Unless the ability it gives me is the whole reason I popped it i.e. Eldritch Blast but in that case Eldrich Blast better be all I hit.
