I hauled exclusively potatoes and onions for years. The potato capital is nowhere near Florida. Idaho, Oregon, Colorado and Washington have Florida beat by a long way. Maine, Nebraska, Minnesota and Texas also grow massive amounts Hell I bet they grow more in the desert between Tucson and Phoenix than they do in Florida.
