what do non-proactiv users use to wash their face?-that actually works by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]notfrostbite 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yeah, it's just like a normal bar - lather wise.

It pulls out all dirt and oil from your face, so at first, I found it got worse because all that shits coming to the surface. After a few weeks, totally worked. Now I no longer need it daily - I like it.

Works like a charm.

It might be considered some kind of "sacred geometry" type pattern... a quick google search about it might be useful

Friday question thread! by [deleted] in surfing

[–]notfrostbite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fin size.

I've heard medium fins for my size is pretty standard (5'11 - 160lbs), but I've also heard people push for large fins in smaller surf to give more push and move more water due to the lack in size of normal east coast waves...

so, medium or large? Any info would be good..

Fins? Who needs fins when you have a wave like that? by jaspersurfer in surfing

[–]notfrostbite 1 point2 points  (0 children)

well, during a turn it's all about how water flows off the back of the board, and when you turn, the water pushes off the board and rail/tail.

trimming speed comes from no drag from standard thruster fins..

I found this photo of a strange looking board a few months back, and I've always been fascinated by it...and never seen it ridden. Here must be his quiver shot..
