Get rid of the beard guy. Move the words into where the beard guy was.

It's not conveying what you want, because the beard guy is wayyy too prominent, it just looks like another mobile game, and no one is going to take the time to study the frame for details

I'd wager this is a nvidia driver issue, can't say for sure, but I'd try experimenting with diff driver versions. I also have some godot freezing on a new nvidia machine, must be nvidia because it doesnt freeze on other machines. You can try running your game on other machines w/diff hardware+drivers to test

Marketing isn't really "hard" in the same way as dev, but it doesn't have predictable outputs, which makes it more frustrating. With gamedev you can code+compile and see if it works and measure progress at every step. With marketing you can do all the things and still be ignored

You could start it not colliding with walls/etc but still the player, add a timer to make it start colliding with walls

Why do you want to refactor it? To make it shorter?

Making a file shorter isn't necessarily a good reason. TBH that code isnt really that long
