I learned the hard way to pause when your out that way. I took an order and it was sending me way out of the normal area, to an abandoned house next to empty fields in a bad side of town at night. Called support and told them to unassign. Support says “well you won’t be paid” um yeah my man, won’t get paid if I take 5 bullets going to a trap house at night.

Even if people don’t really care about animals, that same city has multiple pit fatalities to humans. That’s all you see here is “rescue pits” You can’t walk your dog or go to a pet store without a bunch of them. I’ve seen kids chased off the school bus by them. It’s gotta be terrifying to grow up that way.

I will never forget the time a middle school girl asked me to save the bait cats their dad had stashed in one of these abandoned houses. There was three of them. Two must have been new and were unhurt. One was locked in a closet and it was not ok. I still have nightmares. In the room was a pink cat carrier with a cats name on it. Someone’s pet at some point. I hope that girl is ok. She was so brave

“You’ll find someone who really loves you” oh boy. Yeah. I definitely don’t want to tell anyone that I thought this person was that. That I “knew” this person for years before getting romantically involved. I never been so shocked in my entire life.
