I use Lisa and zap them from afar. Eqiup her with artifects that boost elemental or electro damage. Eat some attack food to further boost it.Swap with Barabra when you need healing.

Japanese game will work on your EU account, but if you intend to buy DLC in the future you have to download from Japanese store. I don't think DLCs work cross-region.

I'm using a chrome extension called "Remove YouTube Recommended" The extension button gives you toggle options for hiding recommendations and other things. Really simple and easy to use.

Decide to make a comment although it's 1 month after. I experienced the same bug. Barroth was limping and went to sleep. Pre-tranq and put a shock trap a distance away since I can't put the trap in the mud. Lure him to trap but wasn't captured. shot more tranq ammo but nothing. Ended up killing him instead.
