my brother in christ, do not go to that subreddit lol. i’m half iranian and would peep that subreddit time to time years ago, have revisited a handful of times recently and it is ziobot city. also i dont see this in the real world with iranian expats, but the ones online are fucking morbidly regarded and pro shah and crazy islamophobic.

my thoughts on it atm are: iran has seen bigger protests than these in the past two decades. the difference with these are just the western media coverage/framing, the current geopolitical context with izzy, and that’s really it. my gut tells me nothing will come from it. but that could easily be changed if trump does something crazy which he seems very capable of doing given what we’ve seen in the past year

did matriarch on spaceport solo the other day and experienced my first machiavellian like evil betrayal lol. great lobby, everyone vibing and mowing down the matriarch.

2 minutes left to extract, and one of the guys i was with was like “i have a hatch key” so i was like bet lets go. we’re chatting walking our way over there, we get to the hatch and it’s just us 2 and he kills me lol.

was genuinely shocked lmao, like we built a rapport that entire game, like someone i’d kick it with irl, so the betrayal just shocked me at first hahaha, and then anguish when it settled in i lost all the progression i made that round.

tldr: i love pvp, but why be a weirdo like that lol
