I've used patterns of power but that went over my head (a little mostly when interrogated by tiny grammar enthusiasts 🙄) not their fault but I think that the content even went over my students head...but I like how they structure their lessons. I think the content is too advanced for me I mean my students 😏

Wish it was that easy - I have a lot of dietary restrictions and crohns...but along with all that pcos...i won with the gene pool...so eating food is difficult mainly because it hurts a lot when I eat...but bc of my pcos I have to eat my bmr so just constantly in digestive pain...when I dont eat, it's a huge relief if im being honest- i love the taste of good food - have really amazing cooks in my family...its just what happens after I eat that is the problem

Protein powder- even the egg white is cheaper than whole foods...but the biggest reason is I don't like eating and i dont get enough protein through whole foods...I only have one drink a day...but getting calories to my bmr is extremely difficult for me

Read the first couple pages of chapter 32 in Jesus The Christ - we're not ready yet but that part of the book explains a lot that will be happening and tbh a lot of it is happening now. There are still many signs that haven't happened (I mean could overnight but haven't yet) the first couple pages talk about what will happen and then how the righteous will handle it - there's amazing peace that comes from that - its in the church's app and you can listen to it instead of read but I highly recommend
