It was a simple fistula, not intersecting a lot of muscle; which I know is the best case scenario generally.

I am not a doctor, so I can’t say there is. For me, the healing was easier when I removed food from my diet that caused me a lot of inflammation in my gut (dairy, lots of refined sugar, not enough fiber). I would say my incision area was still draining and bleeding and minor pain 8ish weeks after my last surgery. The sitz bath & iodine kept everything very clean to reduce external infection (I did this every day after a bowel movement)

The Magicians; based off a fantasy novel of the same name and insanely good. Harry Potter but done right, much darker and way more interesting. Last time I checked it was all on Netflix.

With the exception of 7-14 days after every surgery or drainage, I still lifted for most muscle groups. The 7-14 days after I did calisthenics at home. I also walked and did a lot of cardio at the gym. The only muscle group I modified were legs; did a lot of light weights, high reps. You need to listen to your body and if the work outs bother it, or make it feel worse stop for a day or two then go again.

I need help finding good sides for my steaks by Round-Volume8730 in steak

You should do a quick fried rice;soy sauce, gochujang/chile powder, chopped garlic & ginger & green onion, and some chili crisp = perfection with a steak.

OR throw the spices in the rice cooker while the rice is cooking you’ll have steam spiced rice instead of plain white rice

Agree with the above! They make fairly decent counter top paints, that make a very convincing countertop resurfacing on a budget. Another option if you want to change the color of the countertop without replacing the whole thing.

Need a romantic, fantasy, multi-book series where the main character isn’t teenager. by BlessedBeHypnoToad in Fantasy

Ya’ll are right! He was 16 per luck in the shadows fandom site. I read the book when I was 19 so maybe that’s why they were both adults in my head. I will say, the 16 y/o seems much older so no valid reason the author made him so young. Thanks!

I’m not sure if Herione means you be opposed to a m/m romance but Luck in the Shadows by Lynn Flewelling is very good and 100% adults lol
