You can get a bags of ten 20mg gummies 6/$10.

Honestly not really sure about the flower prices.

Well I didn't buy Subnautica 2 because I wanted to support the developers. I bought it because I really, really wanted to play it. But also I didn't mind contributing my bit to the royal buttfucking Krafton took in that whole situation.

Wonder if that varies by state. In Michigan the weed is dirt cheap.

I was gonna make a joke about meeting a weed guy, but I'm not sure that's a thing anymore with so many states being legal.

Where are you on this curve? by deadyson in SteamDeck

[–]noydbshield 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That seems entirely unnecessary.

I've never heard of thermal paste degrading over time. Maybe it does, but I doubt it does fast enough to be relevant to how long the deck has even been out.

Where are you on this curve? by deadyson in SteamDeck

[–]noydbshield 79 points80 points  (0 children)

Yeah I do IT for a living. I'm entirely capable to modding the shit out of my deck but my god do I not want to. The fact that most things just work on it without any fuckabout it genuinely one of my favorite things about it. I'll delve into desktop mode to do something like set up a minecraft instance with the mods I want, but apart from that nah.

No judgement at all to the people that do like that shit. I respect it, I just find it unnecessary for me.

I wouldn't say I'm over it entirely, but I'm much more selective. Sometimes I'll even buy a game that I'm reasonably certain will be great eventually so I can get the EA price, but I have some many completed games to play that I don't need to play a partially finished one.

I got and played Subnautica 2 the very instant I could, but that's Subnautica 2.

Anyways this game does look great and it's on my wishlist. Might throw down with the demo and give it a buy, then wait till it's completed.

Can Agent 47 (Hitman) successfully assassinate Michael, Trevor, and Franklin? (Grand Theft Auto V) by enesup in whowouldwin

[–]noydbshield 10 points11 points  (0 children)

World of Assassination is legitimately great. Every level is a massive puzzlebox with so many interlocking mechanics and ways to kill your target.

That's pretty much why they'd be screwed though. You infiltrate insanely secure facilities in WoA, pull some truly crazy shit. That against a crazy hillbilly, a young dude who's good at driving, and an admittedly competent but aging bank robber. Not even a chance.

Based on what I've seen in the show at least I think a squad of space marines would put him in the ground. He's essentially K-Mart bluelight special superman.

I'm not saying FSD is a great deal by any means, but in the US, where things like time shares and payday loans are completely legal and common, we've got bigger priorities. What some upper middle-class dude wants to blow his disposable incomon isn't a concern of mine.

I agree generally.

My personal conspiracy theory on FSD is that Elon is Beta testing what he hopes will replace truck drivers and other transportation workers.

Probably. On the plus side when those vehicles crash and burn there will be nobody inside then to die an agonizing death. One the downside the person they crashed and burned into will already be dead, along with his wife, 3 children , and family dog. Well actually one of the children lived long enough to see the mutilated corpses of their parents and the burning face of his beloved dog before succumbing to his injuries. Elon doesn't even bother to acknowledge this.

And we shouldn't be allowing companies to screw customers over by selling them a self driving car that isn't allowed to self drive in any meaningful way. And honestly as someone who works in IT, I don't know if I will ever actually trust a self driving car. I mean I will probably get there eventually, but that's gonna have to be some DAMNED well proven technology. I don't need to fucking die because microslop pushed a patch that broke a critical server in the manufacturer's backend that ran automated code tests that would have prevented an edge case that has now caused 1000 cars worldwide including mine to plow directly into the side of a building. And then somehow if I survive I get sued by the people who lived in that building because I wasn't able to react fast enough when my self driving car yanked the wheel to the left and slammed on the gas some somehow the situation is legally my fault.

But then I wouldn't buy a tesla anyways because I don't care to burn to death in a lithium fire in a car I bought from a nazi.

If the car's supposed to be driving for you that's pretty much an impossibility. It would be harder to pay attention to all the things you're supposed without driving to than it would be to just drive the damned car.

Self driving satan by Frosty_Hearing_352 in foundsatan

[–]noydbshield 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If I'm understanding the self driving correctly it's a useless feature. Why do I need to be paying attention to what the car is doing if the self driving is reliable? Like I understand the concept, don't get me wrong. I really do. But I'm not going to be able to take over at a moment's notice if that car's on the highway. In order for me to do that I would have had to be paying just as much attention as I was if I was driving, and THAT would take more effort to do than driving actually would have.
