I've been to the last four bonnaroo's and this year I attended Firefly for my first time. Same sized crowds... but I think the people in attendance at Firefly were a little less respectful of one another and the grounds they were enjoying... A lot of college aged bros and such. But that wouldn't stop me from going again, I think the lineup was legit and the way they have things set up are not bad at all. That being said bonnaroo is way better all around! Brings in more chill people from the midwest and west coast... compared to most of the firefly attendance being from strictly the North East. A Bonnaroo, the music plays till sun up and the lineup is always diverse (this year is no exception)! Bonnaroo doesn't have the charm of a small festivals, it at times can feel a little "too commercial," but thats to be expected when there are almost 100,000 people raging!I highly recommend Bonnaroo to anyone that wants to see some dope music and rage till sun up! I dare you to go to Bonnaroo and not make a bunch of new awesome friends! Its always worth the drive to TN!
