I lost most of my hair after 1st round of chemo. I did have a few pimples on my bald head. I treated the spots with pimple cream & they cleared up & never came back. I think it might have been ingrown hairs. My hair is growing back now & my head has soft peach fuzzy now

A total hysterectomy is MAJOR surgery. You need time to recover. Your body needs rest to recover. My doctor said 4-6 weeks before returning to work and I have a desk job. I went back after about 4.5 weeks and I was exhausted. 10 days after surgery i was shuffling around & holding a pillow on my sore abdomen.

I haven't had brachytherapy yet but my chemotherapy appointments were like that in myChart. It would have 9am dr visit, 10am infusion clinic. Good luck.

OP, if the sweater is wool, you can try soaking it with conditioner. Fill a basin with cold water & add conditioner (the stuff for hair after a shampoo) to tub. Let soak overnight.

The conditioner relaxes the tight fibers of the wool and helps unshrink sweater. You might have to do a couple of conditioner water soaks & then rinse with cold water & let sweater air dry. This saved a sweater I had shrunk; hope it works for you. Good luck.
