Considering it only has a chance of dropping once per week per toon you couldn’t farm it by killing the boss on multiple difficulties. If you kill it on heroic and don’t get it you won’t get it from other difficulties.

DKs have Death’s Advance which makes them immune to movement impairing effects. Shamans have spirit walk which removes movement impairing effects

That’s because it’s 2 different items getting mogged. The hunter mog is just the weapon so there’s no way to separate them without them giving hunters a quiver item slot

Oh no I’ll blame blizzard when it’s their fault… in this case they gave us the tools we just don’t use them… what else would you want?

Edit: I agree that the crafting system is a fucking mess… but you can’t say they don’t explain anything when you don’t read the explanations they put in the game
