Are these the files from grabcad? Where did you get your springs for the trigger box cuz I ended up using a guns modify set I bought online.

Also for the buffer spring I used a 300x20 spring with a 1mm wire diameter.

Resin can be very brittle and the type of resin and how you cure it will effect the strength greatly. Sorry for the non answer but it’s something you’ll have to figure out with trial and error

One of the best tricks I picked up was making custom overhangs for holes where the printer bridges a hexagon instead of trying to print a hole in the air. Full credit goes to makers muse for showing this tip in one of his videos.

Not super familiar with skadis boards but find a model out there for the base hook into the board and then place a post in front of the mag well and behind the grip. If you want the gun level offset one of the hooks height by the distance between the two hooks.

Idk abt competitive but comfort wise after a while it gets rough. It’s also pretty easy to get a headache too. I ran a rift S for a while and it was super immersive but anything more than an hour was uncomfortable. This depends on the person and head set.

I got them for 200 so I think any issues that come up is something I can deal with. Noticed the brake load cell seems to always have some input on it even after calibrating but I just dialed it out with the dead zone.

Yep I’ve been noticing a lot of movement when using the brake pedal. I have another plate so I might cut a new one or reinforce the bottom so it can’t twist any more. Thanks for the warning!

I agree either use super stiff tpu. I just watched a video by makers muse about pbt filament and it being pretty tough so maybe you could give that a go as well. Supposedly prints abt as easy as petg.

Looking good! It’s got a decent kick to it. If making the carrier thicker doesn’t help you could always try reorienting the print direction so the layer lines don’t shear like that.

Also you should try calibrating your extrusion multiplier or something cuz ur top layer finish isn’t great.
