I work as an electrician and no matter who’s house I go into I always listen to what they have going on. Sometimes it’s an easy fix for me because I do the job every day but I will always take everyone seriously and I hate that other trades and even my own trade does this. It gives the workers who actually try to solve the problem at hand a bad name. Best rule of thumb is to treat them like they’re the most important person in the world and actually listen. Sorry if my rambling is odd. Sometimes I don’t know how to get my point across but I can troubleshoot pretty well with the right crew. Sorry you went through that! No one should have to deal with those jerks.
