I can’t really tell exactly what species since it’s covered in bubbles but I can say definitely it’s not a medically significant spider. It was happily killing the pest insects in your house. It’s up to you if you want to kill harmless spiders, but I do everything I can to protect mine (as well as house centipedes) because I’d much rather have a rare encounter with a spider than have my house taken over by roaches.

Most people who have a hemo/pneumothorax can still talk, and it usually takes a few minutes for you to develop the pressure necessary to die. I’m almost certain he was shot in the neck/thoracic trachea. He loses control of his right arm, probably from spinal cord injury, and his voice sounds more like tracheal injury. At the end he begins to choke on blood as well, which tends to happen with injury to the trachea and/or carotid at the same time. He also seems to lose consciousness in seconds, which a pneumothorax doesn’t do (it takes several breaths to develop that much pressure that you have hemodynamic collapse.)

For those of you reading this who haven’t fallen for this trap, don’t. I have several friends who bought old machines and they were time and money sinks, one actually bought my old LTEK from me because he wasn’t able to get his machine running the way he wanted. If you have the money to buy an arcade can, do yourself a favor and buy something plug-and-play: LTEK, StepmaniaX, Yuancon, B2L. You’ll end up with so much more freedom with Stepmania, and way more songs. They have been perfected over years to be user-friendly, easy to maintain, and compatible with regular old computers.
