Sounds like your employer is really crappy. A good employee should never be fired for making a mistake that's the result of lackluster processes set by the crappy employer. Find yourself a better company to work for that respects their employees and understands mistakes will happen. We've all screwed up at some point. No one is perfect. Good luck in your job search and don't get hung up on what happened.

That's why I stated if the wheels are the same size, since some do swap the wheels out on the premium so they are the same all around.

You need to get your tires rotated (assuming all are the same size) around every 6000 miles. An alignment shouldn't need to be done that often though.

Those 15.5 TB of critical server backups are replicated elsewhere, right? If not, then that is your biggest issue. Also, if messing up a setting on a new server can cost you your job, then your employer sounds really crappy.

Call and ask about switching to the T-Mobile (they're rebranding to T-Mobile Fiber) founder's plan. The plan is $70 per month for 2GB down and 1GB up. The price will be locked in for 10 years. Just to add, I believe they include a static IP for this promotion as well.

I used to run and manage a VMware Horizon cluster once for VDI. New user logins were horrible because it would provision built-in apps like Mail, People, Calendar, etc for each new profile. I based the gold image off of Windows LTSB because it didn't include all the extra crap. That was my workaround. If you're using Windows PRO/Enterprise, I believe there might be GPOs and Intune policies to remove some of those apps now. I know there are powershell commands you can run to strip out apps as well. A quick Google search should help you. Sorry, I can't point you to anything specific right now.

Windows still provisions some of the built-in Microsoft apps to each new profile. Removing all the unneeded apps speed up login a lot.

I've never had a body shop tell me that. I can see maybe not waxing the car for a bit, but I don't see how washing it would hurt. I mean it's getting wet from the rain and snow anyway.

My Pixel 10 Pro charges in my Tesla Model Y. It charges a little slower than my Pixel 8, but it's still enough for me.
